Ep. 72 What I Learned from My Quiet Students

Hey Hey Hey SLPs! This week I will be talking about what I learned from my quiet students. We work with kids who want to have a meaningful therapy experience. If we just focus on work, work, work, we forget the therapeutic process. Right? And so my quiet students taught me to take some time and reflect on what I was doing and why I was doing it. And if I was doing something different, I should communicate that a little bit better and a little bit more often with my staff and with the parents. That way I got a little bit more buy-in and understanding about why I was doing what I was doing.
